Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for records and set aside the dismissal order made in the modification petition in Cr.M.P No. 2693 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 and consequently modify the condition imposed in Serial No.2 the petitioners/ accused should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of 30 days in Vacation in Crl.M.P.No.286 of 2024, dated 23.05.2024 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to set aside the dismissal order made in the modification petition in Cr.M.P No. 2693 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 and consequently modify the condition imposed in Serial No.2 the petitioners/ accused should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of 30 days in Vacation in Crl.M.P.No.286 of 2024, dated 23.05.2024 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are residing in Nagapattinam and it is very difficult to sign before the respondent police and hence, he has filed this petition for modification. 3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition No.2 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police Paravakottai Police Station, Mannarkudi Taluk for a period of 30 days. sd/- 09/07/2024 / TRUE COPY / /07/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
