ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is employed in the respondent corporation. For performing his daughter's marriage, the petitioner needed funds. He claims that he made a substantial borrowal in that regard. The petitioner now wants to avail loan from out of his PF contribution. He had made a representation in this regard.

3. The respondent management is directed to consider the said representation and pay the amount to which the petitioner is eligible. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
