ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to pay advance of Rs.1,00,000/- from the accumulation of employee's Contribution Stood in the E.P.F account of the petitioner.

2. According to the respondents, the petitioner made an application seeking loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from his EPF account, for which, the respondents have paid a total sum of Rs.70,000/- (Rs.40,000/- on 03.07.2016 and Rs.30,000/- on 25.08.2018 respectively) as loan to the petitioner under the EPF account. Further, the respondent counsel has also placed a copy of the Letter No. TNSTC / Legal / 1358/2016, dated 01.06.2019 issued by respondents to the petitioner and he has also submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
