Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.ANANTHA DEVI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6884 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6884 of 2019 regularly, and he/she/they pray (s) for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6884 of 2019 on 29.05.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
