ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a current paper enquiry is conducted in C.No.254/CAMP/TN/24 and the same is pending. Further, he submits that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition seeking not to harass him in W.P.(MD)No.11468 of 2024, for the very same set of facts and the same was also allowed and the official respondents are not harassing the petitioner.

3.Since the petitioner has already got an order from this Court, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
