ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20 (b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.202 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 22.08.2018 at about 09.15 hours, during the patrol based on secret information the respondent police recovered the ganja weighing 1.100 kilograms from the petitioner. Hence, a case has been registered.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner involved in the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ similar in nature is pending against the petitioner.
5. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
