Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Schedule Caste and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 to call for the records and set aside the order dated 14.05.2024, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.996 of 2024 and grant the petitioners on bail in Cr.No.61 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G.Thiruvarutselvan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents No.1 and 2), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.439 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.439 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 is modified and the 2/4

petitioners shall report before the concerned trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
