This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.2 of 2019 has been completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.11 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

The petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
