ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that her complaints have not been enquired into by the respondent police, has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent police to take action on her complaints. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and her sister-in-law / 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent has also lodged a complaint against the petitioner. The complaints of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent have been enquired and closed by directing them to work out their remedy in civil court.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
