Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from insisting upon the petitioner to have assistant at his expenses to do the works, consequently directing the first respondent to instruct second respondent to allot him works that he, a person with 100% visually challenged, can do.
