ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent, by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that so far, no representation has been received by the respondent police from the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the 3rd respondent police. The 3rd respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to conduct enquiry in the manner known to law. 2/4
