The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct proper investigation and to take necessary action on her complaints dated 06.05.2024 and 12.06.2024, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.285 of 2024 for the offence under Section 379 IPC on 09.07.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
