2.It is the case of the petitioner that the applications in A.R.P.O.Nos.42 of 2019 & 46 of 2019 are filed in the year 2016 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the cases. 3.On perusal of the diary, it is seen that on 21.11.2020, the applications in A.R.P.O.Nos.42 of 2019 & 46 of 2019 were reserved for judgment and they were posted for judgment from 21.11.2020 to 07.07.2021. On 07.07.2021, the Court below suo-muto re-opened for argument and adjourned.

C.R.P.(MD).Nos.1416 & 1417 of 2021 4.Since the applications in A.R.P.O.Nos.42 of 2019 & 46 of 2019 are of the year 2019, the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, is directed to dispose of the applications in A.R.P.O.Nos.42 of 2019 & 46 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
