RESPONDENT Petition filed under Section 407 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the S.T.C.No.216 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Natham to any other Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy. ORDER:This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Petition, Affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 11.09.2018 and also the requisition letter of the District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate, Natham (FAC) in D.No.162 of 2019, dated 08.02.2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:
By letter dated 12.02.2019 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham (FAC) has requested further time to dispose of STC No.216 of 2016.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 11.09.2018.
