O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. While so, the private respondents caused life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 22.06.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is not yet received.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without serving notice to the respondents 5, 6 and 8, is inclined to pass orders.

5. Since the second respondent denied the receipt of the representation of the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of filing fresh complaint.

6. With the abovesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
