RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7519/2024 dt 22.05.2024 by modifying the condition as the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit in Cr.No.11/2024 before the concerned court and thus render justice. Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6(c) in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7519 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024, "6(c) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.11 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate, at the time of executing bond", is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.11 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate, at the time of executing bond".
