ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/1st respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.20772 of 2024, dated 02.09.2024. 1/4
2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the respondent herein passed an order in proceedings Na.Ka. No.1198811/2023/M4, dated 23.06.2025. Hence, direction issued in the main writ petition has been complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced the copy of the order passed by the respondent and the same is also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
