O R D E R
This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to grant the petitioner transfer from Government Hr.Sec.School, Mallankinar, Virudhunagar District to any of the school at Kanyakumari as BT Assistant by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2016.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she has been working in the Government Hr.Sec.School, Mallankinar, Virudhunagar District since 2012; that since she met with an accident on 30.11.2015, she is unable to undertake long travel from her native place, viz., Kanyakumari to Virudhunagar; that she made several representations, the last one of which was dated 23.08.2016 to the respondents and since the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the respondents are prepared to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass suitable orders on the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the concerned respondent
to consider the representation dated 23.08.2016, submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
