This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners/accused, by Judgment dated 28.05.2024, in C.C.No.23 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this 2/3
