ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2016 for change of patta on merits and in accordance with law within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 3.In view of the above, it is for the respondent to consider and pass orders on such representation on merits and in accordance with law and after hearing the rival claimants, if any. 4.Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 20.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
