ORDER

The Court notice sent to the respondent returned as 'unclaimed'. It is seen that the private notice has been served on 05.08.2019. Despite such service, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person nor through counsel duly instructed.

2. The petitioner / wife, who is facing proceedings for divorce under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Trichy.

3. According to the petitioner, she is residing at Trichy with her parents and she is also taking care of her male child aged about 1 1⁄2 years.

4. Considering the convenience of the petitioner and the fact that she is to take care of her male child aged about 1 1⁄2 years, her request for transfer is acceded to. Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Trichy. The Family Court, Villupuram is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD) No.285 of 2019 forward the papers to the the Family Court, Trichy at the earliest. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
