: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the lease period granted to the petitioner by proceedings of the respondents for running the integrated slaughtrer house situated at Melapalayam Ward, Tirunelveli District, from 29.07.2016 to 28.07.2019, by increasing 15% over and above the existing base amount by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2016. [prayer amended vide order dated 09.02.2017 made in W.M.P.(MD). No.11742 of 2016].

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the light of the resolution dated 28.07.2016, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the lease/license has been extended by the respondent Municipal Corporation.

3. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
