No.1454 of 2024 and thus render justice.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned refusal check slip No. RFL/1 No. Joint Sub Registrar Karaikudi / 2 / 2024 dated 07.02.2024 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently directing the respondent to forthwith register the said sale deed.
