PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.11 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 354(c),417,469 of IPC and section 67 of the I.T. Act in crime No.11 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein had uploaded the private photos of the defacto complainant in the social media, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that petitioner herein fell in love with the victim and thereafter through video call threatened the victim to remove her dress and he has also videographed the same and subsequently he had posted the same in the whatsapp and social media. Now a days these types of offences are growing like mushroom and the petitioner has committed a very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
