PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 30.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8112 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8112 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 31 days. In this case, charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8112 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Road Police Station, Coimbatore weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
