ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2012, seeking service benefits as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the respondents that no representation has been made to the respondents. For seeking a Mandamus, there should be a demand and it should have not been honored. Since that is absent in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner as such. However, this will not preclude the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner from making representation to the respondents, if so advised, and such representation is to be made to the 3rd respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
