ORDER : This Writ Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.BHAGAWATHY, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondent R1 and R2 and Mr.KARUPPASAMY, Standing Counsel for R3, and this Court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 18.07.2019, while dismissing the writ petition, imposed a cost of Rs.10,000/- payable by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Committee pursuant to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which, when the case is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has produced the cost memo along with a photocopy as the fee receipt given by the High Court Legal Services Committee, which discloses that the said cost of Rs.10,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to the said Authority. The said compliance is hereby recorded.
