This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.4220 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State represented that the FIR registered in Crime No.235 of 2018, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 13.08.2018. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
