ORDER

All these petitioners are seeking old age/ widow/ destitute / physically handicapped person's pension through their individual representations dated 12.10.2016, 11.10.2016, 09.11.2016, 07.11.2016, 10.11.2016, 18.11.2016, 02.10.2016, 02.10.2016, 04.10.2016, 03.10.2016, 10.10.2016, 13.10.2016, 15.10.2016, 04.10.2016, 04.10.2016 08.11.2016, ..09.2016 and 07.11.2016 respectively.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the said representations are not considered by the respondents sofar. 3.Therefore, this Court, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider those representations of the petitioners and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
