ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 31.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC., in Crime No.457 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 31.07.2018 when the defacto complainant and his brother were drinking liquor at a wine shop in Melavelli Vethi, the petitioner herein and three other accused persons also in drunken mood waylaid them and demanded money for taking more liquor. They threatened the defacto complainant with knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.500/- and a cellphone worth about Rs.3,000/-. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is involved more than 31 cases, which are similar in nature.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the total number of 31 cases, he was acquitted in 26 cases and also he is incarcerating from 31.07.2018. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
