Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent on 13.06.2016 and directing the respondents to re-designate the petitioner's appointment as Junior Assistant with effect from the date of completion of his under graduation i.e., (April, 1987) in B.A., History, on the light of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11076 and 11476 of 2014 and 4479 of 2015, dated 12.10.2015 and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
