To set aside the judgment and decree dated 23.10.2017 made in A.S.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil confirming the judgment and decree dated 30.03.2015 made in O.S.No.124 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Boothapandy.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are satisfactory and the delay of 483 days in representing the Second Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this Petition is allowed on payment of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only), to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code. SBIN 0000898, M.I.C.R. Code.625002601, State Bank of India, Periyakulam) on or before 22.08.2019.
