Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal program perform in "Maasi Kalari Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 26.02.2017 at 07.00 p.m. at Arulmigu Sri Vedan and Periyanachi Nondisamy Thirukovil at Amoor Village and Post, Melur Taluk, Mukkampatti, Therkilamur, Melur, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation 14.02.2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting programme of Adalpadal in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that on 14.02.2017 a representation has been given by the petitioner and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
