When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the approval of the third respondent as Correspondent was under challenge in this Writ Petition and during the pendency of the Writ Petition, one Mr.Manuel Yesuraj was approved as the Correspondent by order, dated 16.10.2017. Thus no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
