ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third and fourth respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks transfer of patta on the strength of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed by the first respondent. It is seen from the said order that the third and fourth respondents were parties to the said proceedings. But it is not known whether the said order has become final or if any challenge has been made by the private respondents herein. The second respondent is therefore directed to issue notice to the third and fourth respondents and ascertain if the order dated 13.12.2021 has become final. After hearing the third and fourth respondents, the second respondent shall pass an order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
