ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 04.02.2025 by issuing separate patta in respect of the land belonged to the petitioner in S.No.162/9.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3.
3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner herein claims right over 16 1⁄2 cents in S.No.162/9 under a registered Sale Deed dated 02.09.1998. The 3rd respondent purchased 16 1⁄2 cents each from the petitioner's husband's brothers namely Selvamathi and Narayanasamy in S.No.162/10 and S.No.162/11. He also purchased 74 cents in S.No.162/1 B1 from the original owner namely Dhanaraj. Since the FMB sketch prepared by the Revenue Department with respect to the petitioner's husband property wrongly indicated the extent as 13 cents, the petitioner presented an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Melur. The Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Melur directed the 2nd respondent to survey and sub divide the property and issue fresh patta based on the title documents of the property.
The 4th respondent herein filed a revision before the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Melur and the same was dismissed on 04.02.2025 affirming the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Melur. Even thereafter, the 2nd respondent has not implemented the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) Melur as affirmed by the 1st respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 04.02.2025 will be implemented by the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent, take necessary steps to implement the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Melur dated 07.10.2021 as confirmed by the 1st respondent in his order dated 04.02.2025 and pass a final order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
