No.12744 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the allegations against the petitioners are serious in nature affecting the performance of public duties by the police officers. 4.Thus, the investigations must be intensified and it is not preferable to consider the anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
