This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court No.II at Magisterial Level, Madurai, to conclude the trial in STC No.298 of 2016 within the time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case is of the year 2016, so far, the above said trial process has not been completed.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the trial process in S.T.C.No.298 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
