Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to restore the main Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.RC(MD)No. 586/2017 dated 25.07.2018 which was dismissed for default.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 586/ 2017 :

Criminal Revision Case is filed under section 397 read with 401 and 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Learned Family Court Judge in M.C No. 53/2011 vide her order dated 11.08.2015, and set aside the same.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed and upon hearing Mr.R.ANAND, ADVOCATE for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Rs.1,25,000/- has been paid pursuant to the order passed by this court on the earlier occasion.

In the light of the above fact, the application to restore the CRL RC(MD)No.586 of 2017 is allowed.
