Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.240 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18683 of 2021 on 10.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is over. Charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram District.

CRL MP(MD) No.8487 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.240 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18683 of 2021 on 10.01.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the committal Court on receipt of summon.
