ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide necessary police protection for the lives and limbs of the petitioner, his family members and tenants of the shops in petitioner's commercial complex situated at Survey No.216/2B at Narayanasamuthram Village, Bharathi Nagar, Karur Municipality, based on the representation, dated 20.06.2022, sent by the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2022.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is civil in nature.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 20.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
