O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to issue a notice to the

contemnor/respondent and punish him under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience act of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2000 of 2024 on 09.02.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 has been complied with and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
