ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.K. Sivabalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.19 of 2019, on the file of the Respondent Police, dated 12.07.2019.
2. This Court, by the order dated 22.03.2021, has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram District, to process the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon a direction given by this Court, final report was presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.57 of 2021 and next hearing date was fixed on 25.08.2021.
4. So, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
