************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition directing the respondents to constitute the State Level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee under Rule 16 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Rules, 1995. 2.When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.M.S.No.16, Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 16.03.2017, constituting a State Level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee under Rule 16 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Rules, 1995. 3.In view of the Government Order passed in G.O.M.S.No.16, Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 16.03.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.The writ petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
