2.The first petitioner got divorce from the respondent. Now seeking monthly maintenance of Rs.25,000/- to each of the petitioners, the petitioner has filed M.C.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam. Since there is no progress in the above said case, this petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the same. It is submitted that counter has also been filed by the respondent before the trial Court and pending for enquiry for more than a year.
3.Let the enquiry process in M.C.No.2 of 2022, pending before the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
