ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.427 of 2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent seeks time to file the final report in this regard. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 427/2014, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
