ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the orders passed by the first respondent dated 22.09.2020 and 04.02.2021, thereby rejecting the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking cancellation of document registered vide Document No.3204 of 2019 under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908.

2.In view of the declaration and provision under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908, as unconstitutional by this Court, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was rightly rejected and directed the petitioner to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the orders passed by the first respondent, dated 22.09.2020 and 04.02.2021. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
