Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks subdivision in the petition mentioned land and issuance of individual patta. In this regard, he has already given an application before the third respondent. The third respondent shall enquire into the same after issuing notice to the interested parties, carry-out the necessary exercise and pass final order. This shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
