ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No.19 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 13.06.2023 through E-filing CNR.No.TNSV-19003234/2023 and the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner.
