In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 07.11.2019, the Tahsildar / respondent has conducted enquiry and found that the subject property is patta land. Consequently, the Tashildar has passed an order vide proceedings dated 16.07.2025. Thus, there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
